On 19 February 2026, NEOLAiA universities will come together for a dedicated workshop focused on sharing effective Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) practices. Organised within Task 2.1 – Pedagogical Hub, and in collaboration with WP3 – Diversity & Inclusion, the event aims to encourage mutual learning, showcase successful initiatives, and strengthen cross-institutional collaboration across the Alliance.
The workshop will include:
- a sharing session, where universities will present selected D&I best practices;
- an interactive session featuring real-time participation and contributions;
- opportunities to explore how D&I initiatives can be transferred, adapted, or further strengthened across different institutional contexts.
The workshop is open to academic staff, administrative staff, and students from all NEOLAiA institutions.
