On 3 June 2026, the University of Salerno hosted a meeting dedicated to the process of obtaining the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) recognition, the European Commission’s quality label awarded to institutions committed to implementing transparent and merit-based human resource management practices for researchers.
During the meeting Prof. Scarano, together with Dr. Bisogno and Dr. De Pascale, presented the progress achieved so far and outlined the upcoming actions planned to support the attainment of the HRS4R recognition.
The initiative involved delegates and administrative officers from the relevant areas, who are expected to play an active role in implementing the measures envisaged within the HRS4R framework. The meeting provided an important opportunity for discussion and knowledge sharing, fostering informed participation and strategic alignment among the different structures involved in the process.
