The University of Salerno (Italy), the University of Jaén (Spain), and the University of Nicosia (Cyprus) have signed the Cooperation Agreement establishing the Joint Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Management and Politics in Global Health. The programme, fully taught in English, was jointly developed by the three core partners, with the participation of Šiauliai State University of Applied Sciences (Lithuania) as a mobility partner, further strengthening the programme’s international dimension through a dedicated specialisation track.
On March 2nd at 13:00, a symbolic ceremony was held at the University of Salerno, during which the Rector formally signed the Cooperation Agreement. This moment marked a significant milestone in the implementation of the joint degree and in the strengthening of European academic cooperation within the NEOLAiA Alliance.
The degree addresses one of today’s most pressing global challenges: Global Health. It combines health sciences, management, international policy, data analysis, and intercultural communication within an interdisciplinary perspective. It is research-based and adopts innovative, learner-centred teaching and assessment approaches.
