On March 6th, 2026, the NEOLAiA Living Lab Hub hosted an engaging online workshop on “Living Labs and Regional Stakeholders: from collaboration to shared responsibility.”
The session focused on peer learning and forward-looking discussions. Participants shared concrete examples of collaboration with regional stakeholders, reflected on challenges, and explored ways to strengthen long-term engagement. The discussions addressed key topics such as inclusion and long-term involvement of regional stakeholders, territorial anchoring and regional ecosystems, as well as the specifics of the NEOLAiA Living Lab Programme.
For the first time, the workshop welcomed Prof. Giovanni De Feo, the creator of Greenopoli, whose insights sparked great interest and lively discussions among participants. His contribution highlighted the value of combining innovative educational concepts with regional engagement strategies.
By exchanging successes, challenges, and ideas for the future, the workshop reinforced NEOLAiA’s commitment to building a strong, territorially anchored, and highly engaged Living Lab community across the region.
In addition to the main workshop, the NEOLAiA Living Lab Hub also hosted the second “Match-Making” session, focused on the topic of health. This session followed a speed-dating format, allowing participants to engage in brief one-to-one exchanges, present their projects, and explore potential synergies.
