A D&I Training is a learning experience designed to build awareness, empathy, and practical skills for making academic communities fairer and more accessible.
Within NEOLAiA, thanks to WP3 work, D&I trainings are part of a broader commitment: to shape a European alliance where diversity is not only represented but actively lived, valued, and celebrated.
- for administrative staff, taking part in a D&I Training is about recognizing and removing everyday barriers — linguistic, digital, or cultural — that can affect inclusion. Participants learn how to design accessible services, communicate with empathy, and foster equity in their daily work.
