The interviews for the second edition of the NEOLAiA ESR Mentorship Programme took place on 19 February 2026 at the University of Salerno.
A dedicated selection committee comprising Prof. Erika Marie Pace (Department of Humanities, Philosophy and Education), Prof. Bice Della Piana (Department of Business Sciences – Management & Innovation Systems), and Prof. Vittorio Scarano (Department of Computer Science) evaluated several PhD candidates who had applied to participate in the programme.
Following the assessment process, one PhD student from the Department of Computer Science was selected to take part in the second edition of the programme, which will officially begin in April 2026.
The NEOLAiA ESR Mentorship Programme represents a valuable opportunity for early-stage researchers, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue, professional development, and international collaboration within the NEOLAiA network.
