On 13 April, the joint HRS4R committee at the University of Salerno formally met to operationally launch the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers process.
This meeting marks a key step in the University’s commitment to aligning its policies and practices with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers.
The start of the HRS4R process represents an important opportunity to further strengthen the research environment and to build on existing measures already in line with the Charter’s principles.
The University of Salerno looks forward to progressing in this process, starting with the submission of the Letter of Commitment, and to fostering a supportive and stimulating environment for its research community.
