Through collaborative and creative tasks students will learn to engage meaningfully with complexity and ambiguity, envisioning more inclusive and equitable futures. Global Competencies and Multicultural Identity

The program introduces an innovative perspective on the key global competencies such as self-directed learning, entrepreneurship and multicultural identity. Working in an international team of students, academics and stakeholders from Italy, Romania and Lithuania students will learn about the key global competencies and how they can be developed. The course combines remote sessions and on-site meetings aiming to explore the topic of global competencies that are essential for success in the modern labour market. Participants, using different methods and techniques, will analyze their present competencies and learn the most suitable ways to develop them. An online learning platform with resources will be available to the participants throughout the digital phase of the program.
