The University of Salerno renews its commitment to internationalisation and to enhancing the skills of its Technical and Administrative Staff through the new Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training (STT) 2026 Call for Applications.
The initiative offers 25 grants for international training mobility activities addressed to the University’s Technical and Administrative Staff, with the aim of promoting the exchange of expertise, comparison with new organisational models, and the acquisition of innovative practices that can be applied within the university context.
Mobility activities may take place at European universities and institutions through job shadowing, observation and training periods, participation in Erasmus Staff Training Weeks, and other international initiatives aimed at supporting staff professional development.
Staff mobility can also be carried out at the universities belonging to the NEOLAiA Alliance: University of Jaén, University of Nicosia, University of Tours, Örebro University, University of Ostrava, Ștefan cel Mare University of Suceava, Bielefeld University, and Siauliai State University of Applied Sciences.
Staff training experiences represent a valuable opportunity to build professional networks, share good practices, and explore different organisational models, strengthening the contribution of administrative staff to the growth and innovation of the university.
The deadline for submitting applications is 30 September 2026.
