During the workshop “Best practices in external communication”, Prof. Armando Bisogno presented “Filosofia al Presente” (Philosophy in the Present), a Public Philosophy project born within the PRIN (Project of Significant National Interest) “Open Science”. This project aims to “dust off” philosophy and bring it into the public debate (web, university, territory), promoting accessible philosophical practices to help people to think deeply and live better.
The project is led by prof. Davide Monaco (Scientific Manager), supported by a Scientific Committee and an editorial team.
“Filosofia al Presente” is not limited to the transmission of content, but aims to actively involve people. It’s a critical examination of reality, it’s a dialogue through books, it’s an experiment in new ways of doing philosophy outside the classroom. The aim is the co-creation of knowledge.
