Prof. Erika Marie Pace has been nominated for the NEOLAiA ESR team

Prof. Erika Marie Pace, from the Department of Humanities, Philosophy and Education at the University of Salerno, has joined the NEOLAiA Early Stage Researcher (ESR) team. Thanks to her strong research interest in mentoring programmes and effective strategies to promote such processes, she will make a valuable contribution to the development of the Early Stage Researcher Mentoring Programme. 
As an Associate Professor in “General Didactics and Special Pedagogy” at the University of Salerno, Prof. Pace has gained experience in both academic and research settings. Throughout her career, she has actively participated in various research projects and has been responsible for teaching and mentoring students at different levels. She believes that this programme is an important opportunity to foster a collaborative and inclusive research environment that can effectively support the next generation of researchers in achieving their full potential.
