A joint committee was appointed to implement the “HR Excellence in Research” recognition process by the European Commission. The committee is composed of the following full professors: Prof. Vittorio Scarano (coordinator), Prof. Alfredo De Santis and Prof. Antonio Pietrosanto, as well as the following officials: Dr Anna De Pascale (Head of the Strategic and Management Support Coordination Office) and Dr Tiziana Bisogno (Head of the Teaching Staff Recruitment Office).
This venture aligns with the strategic plan approved by the board of directors and senate on 17 December 2024, in which the university places particular emphasis on developing the international dimension of its research activities, having also joined the NEOLAiA alliance.
