NEOLAiA is taking decisive steps toward the creation of a truly borderless European university through the implementation of three joint and multiple degree programmes that will be launched in the coming academic years. These unique programmes bring together the academic excellence of several partner universities, offering students a distinctly European educational experience.
Joint Bachelor in Science, Management and Politics in Global Health
In the academic year 2026/2027, the Joint Bachelor in Science, Management and Politics in Global Health will be launched, involving the University of Salerno, the University of Jaén, the University of Nicosia, and the Šiauliai State University of Applied Sciences.
This programme will provide students with a solid interdisciplinary education, combining scientific, managerial, and political skills applied to the field of global health. The study experience will be enriched by mobility periods at partner institutions and by the opportunity to obtain a joint degree recognised in multiple European countries.
Multiple Master in Artificial Intelligence and Social Robotics applied to Global Health
Starting in the academic year 2026/2027, the Multiple Master in Artificial Intelligence and Social Robotics applied to Global Health will be activated. This innovative programme results from the collaboration between the Universities of Tours, Örebro, Suceava, and Jaén. Its goal is to train a new generation of experts capable of applying artificial intelligence tools and social robotics to global health, combining technological, medical, and ethical competences. This Master is a concrete example of how NEOLAiA is addressing future challenges through an interdisciplinary and sustainable vision.
Multiple Master in Inclusion Studies
In the academic year 2027/2028, the Multiple Master in Inclusion Studies will be launched, developed in collaboration between the Universities of Suceava, Ostrava, and Bielefeld. This programme will focus on the policies, practices, and competences necessary to promote inclusion and equity in educational and social contexts. It is an interdisciplinary Master designed to prepare professionals capable of addressing the challenges of diversity and social cohesion in Europe and worldwide.
A Milestone for NEOLAiA and for UNISA
These three programmes are not simply study courses but true laboratories of international cooperation, which will strengthen European identity and promote educational innovation. For UNISA, which coordinates the Joint Bachelor and contributes actively to the coordination of the other programmes, this represents both a challenge and an extraordinary opportunity: to offer its students a European-level education, to foster mobility, and to consolidate its role as a reference university for global and interdisciplinary training.
With these programmes, NEOLAiA reaffirms its mission: building a European academic future based on inclusion, innovation, and internationalisation.
