The University of Salerno is actively participating in the development of an innovative training toolkit for entrepreneurship, a strategic initiative that is part of the European alliance NEOLAiA and Work Package 6. The objective of this activity is to provide university students with new study opportunities and practical tools to develop entrepreneurial skills, regardless of their academic path.
A Shared Methodological Approach
This toolkit has been conceived to offer a common methodological approach to all NEOLAiA partner universities. In this way, the initiative aims to overcome regional differences and create a unified educational system that can be adopted and adapted by professors from different faculties. Once completed, the educational material will be made available to professors to integrate the transversal skills of entrepreneurship into disciplines ranging from engineering to the humanities.
The idea is that entrepreneurship is not seen as a stand-alone subject, but as a set of skills—such as creativity, critical thinking, project management, and financial aspects—that are fundamental for success in any professional field.
From Theory to Practice: Innovation at the Regional Level
The development of the toolkit represents a crucial step for the NEOLAiA alliance, which aims to act as a driver of regional innovation and transformation. The University of Salerno, as a promoter of this initiative, is working to create a set of educational tools that not only educate but also inspire students to translate their ideas into concrete projects, generating a positive impact on their local communities.
Through this toolkit, students will have the opportunity to confront real-world challenges and acquire an entrepreneurial “mindset,” preparing them to become the future innovators and change-makers in their respective regions.
