In May 2024, the Deliverable D10.1 – Plan for Dissemination and Communication was completed and submitted to the European Commission as part of Work Package 10 (Sustainability and Dissemination).
Coordinated by Šiauliai State University of Applied Sciences (Lithuania) with the active participation of all partners — including the University of Salerno (UNISA) — the document defines NEOLAiA’s communication and dissemination strategy for the 2024–2027 project period.
The Plan for Dissemination and Communication (PDC) serves as a practical framework for promoting NEOLAiA’s activities and results within the Alliance and to the wider public.
It outlines goals, roles, target audiences, and communication channels, while also establishing NEOLAiA’s visual identity and branding principles to ensure a strong and coherent presence across Europe.
UNISA contributed to developing the internal and external communication flows and to structuring dissemination activities across Work Packages, supporting consistency, visibility, and engagement across the Alliance.
The plan foresees two key phases — start-up (2024–2025) and transformation (2026–2027) — allowing communication strategies and tools to evolve over time to enhance the impact and visibility of NEOLAiA’s initiatives in the European higher education landscape.
