In June 2024, the University of Salerno (UNISA) participated in the WP4 “Enhanced Mobility” kick-off meeting hosted by the University of Ostrava (Czech Republic), alongside delegates from NEOLAiA partner universities.
UNISA was represented by Bice Della Piana, UNISA Scientific Coordinator and task leader of T4.2 “Piloting the monitoring of cultural awareness in mobility,” and Inna Bogachik, member of the UNISA Task Force for Mobility, which also includes Clementina Fusco and Jasmine Fusco.
Throughout the week, we organised a workshop on Cultural Awareness, Cross-Cultural Competence, and Cultural Intelligence, discussing how these dimensions shape mobility experiences for students, teachers, researchers and staff.
This week-long conference primarily aimed to expand opportunities for practical internships, study and teaching exchanges, and specialized training for both students and staff of the participating universities.
