Between July and September 2024, all necessary tests were carried out for the sections, categories, and functionalities of the platform. During this period, coordination with Gina Zdanavičienė, WP Leader of WP10, allowed the structure and interaction methods to be defined. On 28 September, finally, in collaboration with WP1, the domain www.virtualcafe.neolaiacampus.eu was officially launched.
On 2 October 2024, the Virtual Café was presented in a seminar open to all Work Packages, which included illustrative screenshots, detailed explanations, and a live demonstration of the platform. Subsequently, the platform was made accessible to all staff and faculty members of the NEOLAiA universities.
In November 2024, the Virtual Café was also presented during the WP5 meeting in Tours, with the participation of Prof. Vittorio Scarano and the Salerno team. The discussion focused on its potential use for activities related to HRS4R, Research Support Teams, and the Pedagogical Hub, paving the way for targeted training sessions for the different Work Packages.
